As we near the end of the Karajan centenary year I would like to thank Linda for providing a wonderful website in honour of a great man. I have personally found this year very exciting and it has been importatnt to learn from around the world especially in Japan of all of the new and re-released items of CDs, DVDs and books etc. all of which have made us richer in musical terms but much poorer in terms of our bank accounts. I hope that this will not be the end of the many treasures that may still be out there in the Karajan archives and that the Forum and website continue to flourish. I also hope that some more Forum members might find time to put their details on the visitor comments section of the main website. Finally, I have added some further images of the maestro for all to see. To everyone around the world have a very happy and peaceful new year.
