I'm deeply sorry, because the Multimedia show on his years in Milano, which was take place in Autumn, was not mentioned, while the only exhibition that I've seen, it's that on Maria Callas. I cannot believe that the Teatro alla Scala will not something to remember the splendid and unforgettable work that the great Austrian conductor did in that Teatro for many years. We had the fortune to have him and not devote a concert, not presenting an exhibition, as was planned. Why? He has always remembered those years of twinning between the Teatro of Milano and the Teatro of Wien, as the most beautiful period of his life! ***************************************************************************I'll send a mail to the Teatro alla Scala to get explanations, we expect to know what they say. Multimedia show in Milan *************** "My extraordinary day with Karajan" Dear All, On March 21st, the first day of Spring, finally I went to Milan to visit the exhibition dedicated to Herbert von Karajan! Space which contained photos, vedeos, electronic lecterns etc., was divided into three small rooms, all in red velvet, such as floor carpeting. The atmosphere was intimate. Posters covered the walls. Once I entered I seemed to see the maestro conducting in a few meters from me! Sheets of scores turned swirling around his figure. He appeared in all stages of his age; the 3D image was inside a plexiglas container. I must say that is very realistic, impressive and exciting. I confess that I've moved. I could not leave that place where music reigned supreme and where I could observe the Maestro expressing his Art! It seemed so real... Very Best Wishes Rosy

Dear All,
Yesterday, Saturday, 28th March, I returned to Milan! There were many peolple, but the magical atmosphere was the same as a week ago. I felt pleasantly enveloped by the notes of Symphony N° 3 by Brahm, 3° mov., while the figure of the Maestro, evanescent but incredilbly realistic, moved behind the plexiglas as in a dream.. The people spoke a very low voice, I hear only the music and Karajan explaining his Art in the various documentaries.I had forgotten to tell you that there were his baton protected by a showcase anti-projectile. Many people said watching his figure 3D:" How much he was charming!"
Best Wishes Rosy
