This looks to be the unpublished Unitel recording of October 1971, filmed in the same period as the Berlioz Symphonie Fantastique with the Orchestre de Paris.

The Berlioz was released a few years ago by EMI (DVA 4901139). Perhaps the Mozart is incomplete and therefore not suitable for commercial release.
