John Hunt speaks of two CD issues:
Paragon ANF-112 and Paragon PCD 84009-84011
I know of only one section of this liverecording, but so far no complete edition on CD. Does anybody have a picture of the expenditure referred to by Hunt or has that perhaps the original? Thank you.

It looks like no-one has information about this (unless you have had a private reply).
However, if you check Linda's main website (http://www.karajan.co.uk/want.html ) I think you may find that Robert of Germany can provide you with a copy.

Hi Charles,
thanks for your effort - but the original I would prefer, it's pretty much the last recording of industrially produced the CD I still lack.
The question is: there exists the said John Hunt CD release at all?

The website www.librinlinea.it/titolo/don-giovanni-mozart-wolfgang-amadeus-wi/TO01135555 has a timing for the Paragon recording. There is a picture of the cover on "http://xn--mnq18e72cb66f.biz/article/40757302.html" The CD set is probably going to be very difficult to find as it was published in 1988 and the Paragon CD label was not widely distributed outside of Italy and Japan. |
