Karajan only conducted once in Hong Kong, on 25th October 1959, with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. On Karajan's birthday this year (5th April 2022), the concert was rebroadcast (with a couple of cuts in the music where the original tape was damaged). The concert can be found at www.rthk.hk/radio/radio4/programme/Liveon4/episode/807823 . Today (17th April) the concert is still available to listen to, but it will probably be removed in the next few weeks.
